Situated at 3324-3334 S Prairie Avenue in Douglas, the owner Thomas Boney has planned various features such as a basement level, a front porch and rear wood deck for each unit, and three four-car detached garages for a total of 12 parking spaces. The construction will replace a formerly vacant grass and tree-lined lot.

The project will integrate with the existing five-tower Prairie Shores apartment development, originally built between 1957 and 1961 and purchased in 2019 by Golub & Company and Farpoint Development.

Filed under the owner Innisfree Builders, the development will include an open rear steel porch and stairs, as well as a three-car detached garage. The project is set to replace a currently vacant lot that was part of a recent ordinance to rezone a multi-parcel stretch of land from B3-3, Community Shopping District and Cl-3 Neighborhood Commercial District to RM-5 Residential Multi-Unit District.
