Structural work is now topped out with cladding nearing completion for 300 W Division Street, a seven-story mixed-use building at the southern edge of Old Town. The Domain Group is behind the development, whose plans comprise of retail space at ground level, and 89 apartments above. These units will be split with 65 one-bedrooms and the remaining 24 residences as studios. Ground-level parking will also be included, although the number of parking spaces is currently unknown.
Recent photos show rapid progress on window installation and masonry cladding for a seven-story mixed-use building located at 300 W Division Street in Near North Side. The developer The Domain Group has planned retail space on the ground floor, with 89 total apartments above. Of the units, 65 will be single bedrooms, while the remaining 24 will be studio apartments. A parking garage will also be integrated into the rear end of the structure, though the exact number of spaces is not currently known.
Construction has reached the seventh and final floor of a mixed-use building planned for 300 W Division Street in Near North Side‘s Old Town, just north of the major Old Town Park development. YIMBY previously reported that The Domain Group had planned the building to be just over 100,000 square feet and house both one-bedroom and micro/studio apartments.
Photos taken yesterday show construction approaching the halfway point for a seven-story residential building at 236-238 W Division Street. Located in Old Town, the development is on the former site of a one-story Sammy’s Red Hots hotdog restaurant.
