A renovation project has begun for a four-story residential building located at 634 W Oakdale Avenue in Lakeview East. The project, which was approved on January 4, has a budget of approximately $5,000,000.
A new residential building is underway at 1533 W Barry Avenue in Lakeview East. The project, which was submitted for approval on December 13, has an estimated budget of $1,069,980, and was approved on December 29.
Facade work has wrapped up for 801 W Belmont Avenue, known as Lakeview Connection, in Lakeview East. The project will replace a former bank built in 1921 and designed by Ivar Viehe-Naess, as well as an adjacent parking lot. The developer, Hubbard Street Group, has planned for 59,000 square feet of space and 300 feet of storefront. The CBRE-provided brochure for the property indicates seven total retail units.
The mixed-use project at 3160 N Broadway in Lakeview East is now advancing with the issuance of a demolition permit. Positioned between West Briar Place and West Belmont Avenue, Seminary Properties and Management is taking the helm of this project, which will see the transformation of a two-story brick building into a five-story, 64-foot structure.
