A new residential project is underway at 906 West Wolfram Street in Lakeview East, with plans recently approved for a three-story building that includes two dwelling units, a basement, and a private roof deck. The project, which has a budget of $919,640 was approved on April 9.
The property was designed by Chicago-based self-certified architect Helen Liptak. Construction will be executed by General Masonry LLC. Masonry work will be split between Casey Masonry Brick Inc and Tir Connail Concrete Inc.
When complete, 906 West Wolfram Street will be located a short walk from bus service for Routes 8 and 76. Beyond that, the Diversey CTA Station, which services the Brown and Purple lines, will be a short walk southwest of the property.
