A permit for new construction has been issued for a three-story, three-dwelling unit masonry building located at 928 West Wolfram Street In Lakeview East. The permit, issued on June 7 after a 36-day processing time, allows for the construction of the building with front balconies, a basement, roof deck, pergola, and stair enclosure.
The project also includes the construction of a new detached three-car garage with a roof deck, access stair, and an open deck. A six-foot-high wrought iron fence and privacy wood fence will also be installed.
The reported cost of the project is $1,150,000. The permit was issued under a self-certification process, with architect Michael Cox overseeing the project. The property owner is Coen Development LLC. The total permit fees amount to $6,230.00, with $1,800.00 paid and $4,430.00 unpaid at the time of issuance.
