The mixed-use development known as “Cassidy on Canal” is close to reaching its full height of 355 feet at 350 N Canal Street in Fulton River District. The structural work for this 33-story building, a product of collaboration between The Habitat Company and Diversified Real Estate Capital LLC, is scheduled to wrap up by the end of July, McHugh announced this past week.
Situated at 350 N Canal Street in Fulton River District, the mixed-use “Cassidy on Canal” can be seen undergoing facade work. Now at roughly the two-thirds mark, this 33-floor development is a collaboration between The Habitat Company and Diversified Real Estate Capital LLC. Currently at the 14th level, the project offers both retail and residential spaces.
Chicago’s City Council has approved the financial framework for the second phase of the 43 Green development, a 10-story mixed-use development adjacent to the 43rd CTA Green Line station in Bronzeville. Positioned at 4309 S Prairie Avenue, the undertaking is to be located just west of the station, directly across from the first phase that was positioned on the east side of the tracks.
