Bound by N Ogden Avenue to the west and W Kinzie Street to the south, the wedge-shaped lot was previously earmarked for a life-science building. However, last month developers Mark Goodman & Associates and Weldon Development Group revealed its new mixed-use plans for the site.

The unique wedge shaped site is bound by N Ogden Avenue to the west, W Kinzie Street to the south, and rail tracks to the north. The new concept is being developed by Mark Goodman & Associates with local architecture firm Archeo Design Studio working on its design.
What was previously proposed as a 16-story office building at 400 N Elizabeth Street is now repositioning to a pair of proposed apartment buildings at the northwest corner of Fulton Market. Developed by Mark Goodman & Associates, the two towers will have a combined total of 724 residences.
Potential groundbreaking have been announced for two Fulton Market projects after securing the land sale and anchor tenants this week. The two projects in question are the life sciences building at 400 N Elizabeth Street and the office building at 360 N Green Street, each led by different developers but delivering similar amounts of leasable space at each end of the quickly growing neighborhood. All together they will bring roughly 1 million square feet of new commercial space in an area poaching new leases at a faster rate than most.
