Permits were issued on Friday for the construction of a new four-story mixed-use construction located at 6355 N Glenwood Avenue in the Edgewater neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as Variable Properties LLC and plans indicate there will be retail on the first floor, and six total units spread across the second through fourth floors. While no reference is made to on-site parking, the permit indicates there will be an elevator installed as well as a masonry trash enclosure.

Permits were issued on Thursday for a three-story residential building located at 4900 N Kenmore Avenue in Uptown. Permits for the development were issued to Variable Properties LLC, and will involve seven dwelling units with balconies, a basement, a shared rooftop deck, and two detached one-story masonry garages. The first garage will house five parking spaces and will have its own rooftop deck. The second garage will offer two additional spaces. The lot is currently vacant.

Construction is drawing to a close for a four-story residential building at 4937 N Winthrop Avenue in Uptown. Variable Properties LLC is the project developer, whose plans consist of seven total condominium units. Prior to this development, the parcel was occupied by a three-story masonry residence.

Permits were issued yesterday for a new four-story residential building located at 1358 W Ohio Street in the West Town neighborhood. The lot is currently unoccupied. The permit owner is listed as Variable Properties LLC and plans indicate that the scope of the project will include two total units, each equipped with outdoor space at the rear. There will be a rooftop deck with an enclosed staircase. Plans also show an attached two-car garage with its own rooftop deck. The construction will replace a vacant lot.

Permits Issued for 1367 W Hubbard Street in West Town

Filed under the name Variable Properties LLC – 1365 Series, the planned development will comprise three apartments, a basement, a rooftop deck, and a detached three-car garage. The structure is set to replace a two-story frame and masonry residential building.

Five-Story Residential Building at 550 N Ogden Avenue Nears Completion in West Town

According to permits issued this past June, the masonry building will house eight apartment units and an integrated garage on the ground floor. The number of parking spaces will likely tally at eight to match the number of units, though this exact figure has not been confirmed. Additional interior information is not currently known.
