This week, foundation permits were issued for an 18-story co-living development at 633 S LaSalle Street in South Loop‘s Printer’s Row District. The Collective, a London-based developer, is behind the 162,000-square-foot project, which will house 117 apartments with a total of 381 beds.

Rising 315 feet high and having opened earlier this fall, the building ranks 26th in YIMBY’s December countdown of the city’s tallest new developments.
Imprint Apartments has fully topped out and is nearing completion at 717 S Clark Street in Printer’s Row, a small, yet vibrant neighborhood just south of the core Loop district. Rising 315 feet tall with 31 stories, it is the neighborhood’s tallest building, just surpassing the neighboring Burnham Pointe apartment building that opened in 2008.
