The permit’s owners have been listed as Sustainabuild LLC and plans indicate there will be three total units and a basement. The building will have a roof deck and rear decks on all levels, as well as a detached three-vehicle garage.

A revised permit was issued earlier this week for a three-story residential building located at 2453 W Adams Street in the Near West Side neighborhood. Sustainabuild LLC is listed as the permit owner and plans indicate that this build will have three flats. The first floor will have a rear patio, while the second and third floors will have rear porches connected by stairs. The building will have an accompanying parking pad with four parking spots.
