Located on the intersection with W North Avenue, the proposal has been in the works for nearly three-years and recently updated at a community meeting. The structure is being developed by Fern Hill with local design-firm GREC Architects.

Local design firm GREC Architects is working on the tower which will replace the existing Walgreens on the corner with W North Avenue.
Community meetings have been scheduled for two upcoming mixed-use towers in Old Town and West Loop. Combined the projects will bring over 800-residential units to the city; with one being located at 370 N Carpenter Street in the West Loop and the other being Old Town Canvas at 1610 N LaSalle Drive.

Sitting right on the intersection with W North Avenue, the tower is part of the upcoming Moody Church Auditorium redevelopment proposed in 2021. The project is being led by Chicago-based developer Fern Hill, with GREC Architects working on the design from now on.
