Topping-out ceremonies were held Wednesday, July 17 for 919 West Fulton, the 11-story office building under construction in the Fulton Market District. Less than 10 months after receiving their first permit to start foundation work, Skender and their concrete contractor Adjustable Concrete have reached as high as they’ll go.
919 West Fulton broke ground in December of last year, after receiving its foundation permit late in September. Construction has been moving quickly on this project. The two most recent permits, both issued on May 15 of this year, authorized the installation of a construction hoist and eight passenger elevators. All permits for the building are assigned as 217 N Sangamon Street.
