The owner is listed as 5830 N Lincoln LLC and plans indicate this project will yield nine total units along with a basement level and a paved lot with 11 parking spots. The plans also indicate the presence of a rooftop deck with enclosed stair access. The development will replace a paved lot.
Johm C Hanna is listed as the architect of record. No drawings or renderings have yet been disclosed, though the filing description has indicated a masonry exterior.
The closest bus service available is Route 11 and can be found at Lincoln & Francisco via a one-minute walk east. For green space access, Mather (Stephen Tyng) Park is a five-minute walk east.
There is an abundance of retail and dining options in the vicinity, many of which are located within a few minute’s walk south along N Lincoln Avenue.
Panoptic Group Incorporated will act as the general contractor for the $1.68 million construction. A full timeline and an anticipated completion date have not yet been revealed.
