Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 1109 N Paulina Street in the East Village, on the edge of Wicker Park. The interior lot is located along N Paulina Street between W Division Street and W Haddon Avenue. The nearest public transportation is the 70 CTA bus accessed at the Division and Paulina stop at the end of the block. The Division CTA L station serviced by the Blue Line is the nearest stop, a four-minute walk away. The site is also within a five-minute walk of N Milwaukee Avenue and N Ashland Avenue, two busy commercial and retail corridors. Eleven Paulina Development, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications, reporting the development cost as $852,700.

Along with residential units, the building will have a basement, a rooftop deck and trellis, and a rooftop stair enclosure. A detached three-car garage is also included in the project. The height and square footage of the development is currently unknown.

John C Hanna of Hanna Architects is listed as the architect of record. GNP Development Inc is listed as the general contractor.

Demolition permits to remove the existing three-story masonry residence have not been filed. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
