The four-story structure will feature a 168-car, ground floor parking garage, retail spaces on the second and third floors, a restaurant on the third floor, and a bar on the fourth floor. According to the filing, the development is being spearheaded by New Chinatown Real Estate.

Currently, the site is occupied by two frame residences and a taller multi-level masonry building in the rear. It is unclear if all the structures will be cleared for the new residence.
