Michael Cox & Associates is the architect of record for the project. The masonry building will not include a basement, and there are no other features detailed in the permit. There will be a detached four-car garage accessed from the rear alley, and it will have a rooftop deck. It is not clear at this time if these will be for-sale condos or rental apartments.
The subject property lies mid-block between Claremont and Oakley Avenues, and is already vacant, so there will be no demolition required prior to starting construction.
