SGW Architecture & Design (formerly Sullivan Goulette & Wilson) is the architect behind 453 West Briar. They have included a parking garage with 12 spaces at the rear of the property, accessed from a curb cut on Briar Place; there is no alley behind the lot. A placard at the construction site highlights three-bedroom and five-bedroom floor plans will be available, along with the two indoor parking spaces per unit.

  1. The design and size look to fit in nicely with the neighborhood. Well done.

  2. Sad that the older houses came down, but finally some good architectural design. Can someone show the alderman to the south this quality? He’s letting in cheap junk.

  3. Wondering if any of those units go for people who are disabled?
