Ground-level construction progress continues for 3605 North Ravenswood in North Center. Everything we need to know about this new residential project is listed on the banner hanging from the construction fence. There will be 52 rental units across the six-story building (five stories plus rooftop access to the sixth-floor amenity deck) with 5,500 square feet of retail space at ground level. Co-developers Stocking Urban and Macon Construction Group, who is also the general contractor, plan to welcome their first tenants in the fall of 2025.

Designed by Hirsch MPG, the apartments will feature a rooftop space on the sixth-floor amenity deck. Twelve off-street parking spaces will be located off the alley from Ravenswood Avenue.

3605 North Ravenswood is located at the convergence of Ravenswood Avenue, Addison Street, and Lincoln Avenue. The Addison Brown Line elevated platform is little more than one block to the west, where the CTA Route 152 bus also stops. For a north-south bus, Routes 9 and X9 stops are about four blocks east at Ashland Avenue, and the Route 50 bus is equidistant to the west at Damen Avenue.
