The permit indicates that this will be owner-occupied with owners listed as Lekhayim Venture LLC. Plans indicate that the project will yield six total units and include two three-car masonry garages as well as trash enclosures. The development will replace a paved lot.
Laszlo Simovic is listed as the architect of record. No drawings or renderings have yet been disclosed, though the filing description has indicated a masonry exterior.
The closest bus service available is Route 11 and can be found at Lincoln & Washtenaw via a one-minute walk south. Green space is accessible at Mather (Stephen Tyng) Park via a seven-minute walk north. There is an abundance of retail and dining options in the vicinity, many of which are located within a few minutes walk south along N Lincoln Avenue.
Best Home Design & Construction will act as the general contractor for the $1.58 million construction. A full timeline and an anticipated completion date have not yet been revealed.
