360 Design Studio is the design architect for the new building. The ground floor will include a pair of commercial/retail spaces to replace those lost when the previous CVS was demolished last summer, as well as a garage with 12 parking spaces. There will also be storage for 13 bicycles. Access to the residential lobby will be located along the Armitage Avenue street front, while retail entrances will be on both Sedgwick Street and Armitage.

The building has reached full height, with blockwork wrapped up. Limestone and brickwork on the exterior will begin soon. The new construction permit, issued in October 2024, includes a future elevator permit which has not yet come through. According to the project page on the Barrett Homes website, En Masse Architecture and Design is the interior designer.
