Pro-Plan Architects is behind the design of the new homes. The four-story with basement, four-unit masonry structure will be topped by a roof deck, and the property will be surrounded by wood and iron fencing. A detached four-car garage, also of masonry construction, will have a steel stairway accessing its own rooftop deck. It is not clear if these will be rental apartments of forsale condominiums.
