Final exterior touches are visible at 732 W Randolph Street in the Fulton Market District, where a new nine-story commercial addition is nearing completion. The development, led by Samuel Oliva, will feature 6,000 square feet of office space over seven floors, retail space on the ground floor, and tenant amenity space on the top floor.
The architectural design by Hirsch MPG features a modern aesthetic intended to blend with the varying brickwork of the neighborhood’s existing structures. Additional architectural elements include large recessed windows and a metal-clad rooftop penthouse.
The building will include features such as AT&T Fiber and Comcast Cable service, as well as kitchenettes on each floor. Two integrated elevators, direct indoor access to a fitness center, and a rooftop amenity deck offering both indoor and outdoor spaces are also planned.
While no additional parking is included in the project, the location is well-served by public transportation, with Routes 8 and 20 bus stops and the Morgan CTA L station nearby.
Maris Construction, the general contractor for the project, is expecting a full completion within the current year.
