A demolition permit was issued on Thursday of last week for the removal of a two-story frame residence located at 3908 W Cornelia Avenue in the Avondale neighborhood. The permit’s owner has been listed as 3908 Cornelia LLC.
Future residents will have ready access to transportation. The closest bus options are for Routes 53 and 152. The 53 can be found and boarded at the intersection of Pulaski & Cornelia via a two-minute walk east and Route 152 can be found at the Addison & Springfield stop via a three-minute walk north. The CTA L Blue Line can be found at the Addison station via a 14-minute walk northeast. KLF Excavating is serving as the demolition contractor for this project. At the time of publication, no plans have been submitted for any future developments.
