This property is located near a variety of businesses and amenities. The nearest bus service includes Route 9 at the Ashland & 42nd Street stop via a three-minute walk west. There are many dining and retail options available on nearby S Ashland Avenue.
Taylor Excavating and Construction is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. There is no timeline for the planned construction at this time.

All of these old warehouse buildings along Ashland are nearly gone now. It’s a travesty and the city should not have allowed this. Now the area is destined to be single-story Amazon-style warehouses.
Agreed. I’m just so sad to see what’s happening to my city in all regards. Once it’s gone, it’s gone forever.
