Per plans, the construction will comprised a total of three dwelling units each of which will be outfitted with a rear steel porch and an egress staircase. Plans also indicate the presence of a detached three-car garage.

Route 126 is the closest bus service to this property, as it is directly across the street at the Jackson & Oakley stop. The CTA Blue Line can be reached via a seven-minute walk south to the Western station. This property is well situated for dining and entertainment with many available options accessible by foot along Western Avenue.
Charles E Schwartz is listed as the architect of record and Metropole Holdings LLC will serve as the general contractor for the $350,000 construction. Renderings were not readily available at the time of this writing.
