Work on the exterior walls continues to progress for 4410 N Clark Street, a four-story development in Uptown. With Stan Bernshteyn as the developer, the scope of the mixed-use project includes 25 apartment dwellings atop ground-floor retail.
The development will also come with a rooftop amenity deck, along with 13 parking spaces and 19 bike slots for residents. The design itself is by 2RZ Architecture, whose scheme is a somewhat unique departure from the red brick look of the surrounding neighborhood. The cladding includes a mix of rounded metal plates, complemented by bright green accents.
CTA L service in the vicinity includes the Brown Line at Montrose station via a 10-minute walk west, as well as the Red and Purple Lines at Wilson station via a 13-minute walk to the northeast. Just paces south of the property at Montrose station is bus service for Routes 22 and 78. Additional stops can be found within walking distance, such as Routes 36 and 151 to the east, Routes 9, X9, and 80 to the southeast, and Route 50 to the west.
Tallying at $5.5 million in reported construction costs, D.O.M. Properties Investment Inc. is serving as the general contractor. An anticipated completion date for 4410 N Clark has not yet been revealed.

This slime green is aggressively out of place. Picking accent colors out of a hat.
