Workers and diners will have access to bus transportation, such as Route 53 at the adjacent intersection of Pulaski & Belle Plaine. Additional service for Route 80 is available at Irving Park & Pulaski, located a two-minute walk south.

For rail access, both the CTA L and the Metra are located within a 10-minute walk southwest at the respective Irving Park stations. Both of these stations border the Kennedy Expressway.

The surrounding neighborhood provides a mix of lower-density residential and commercial buildings. The N Elston corridor is also located within walking distance to the east, with an even broader selection of retail and dining options.

National Wrecking Company is the demolition contractor for the existing 8,250-square-foot structure. Permits for the replacing restaurant have been filed, but not yet issued.
