Full construction permits have been issued for a new five-story residential development set for 2212 W Lawrence Avenue in Lincoln Square. The permit was filed under the name Deanna Zivkovic of Zivkovic Family Holdings LLC, and will include ten total residential units. Additional features to accompany the building will be a rooftop stairway enclosure, five bike stalls, a three-car attached garage, and an additional four exterior parking spaces located on a concrete slab. Currently, the site is occupied by a parking lot.

Ivan Kutlesa of Kutlesa/Hernandez Architects, Inc. is the listed architect of record. While no drawings or renderings have yet been revealed, the filing description has indicated a masonry design.

As far as public transportation, residents will find stops for Route 81 within a minute’s walk east to Lawrence & Leavitt. Also within a five-minute walk is additional bus service for Routes 11, 49, 49B, and 49X. Meanwhile, those looking to board the CTA L Brown Line will have access to Western station via a seven-minute walk southwest.

Previously, YIMBY reported on foundation permits for the project, which were issued this past February. Between the foundation and full permits, the net reported cost will hover just above $1.4 million. McVan Development LLC is serving as general contractor for the construction, whose full completion timeline has not yet been revealed.
