Nenand Zecevic is the listed owner, who plans for three total units and a two-car garage. The structure is set to replace a currently vacant lot with vegetation overgrowth.
While no architect of record is including in the filing, Ghulam Kamal is indicated as the structural engineer. No drawings or renderings have been published, though the building description notes a masonry facade.
For bus transit, those wishing to access the east and westbound Route 155 can find nearest stops at Devon & Albany, a four-minute walk to the north. Additional service within a 10-minute walk is comprised of Route 93 to the east and Routes 11 and 84 to the south. No CTA L or Metra options are available within a 20-minute walk.
Parks in the vicinity consist of Park No. 526 to the west and Mather Park to the southeast. Future residents will also find retail and dining in the area along W Devon Avenue, N California Avenue, W Patterson Avenue, and N Lincoln Avenue.
Vuk Builders Inc is serving as general contractor for the $295,000 project. A full timeline has not yet been revealed.
