Construction is now above grade for a three-story residential building at 2820 W Lyndale Street in Palmer Square. The developer 2820 Lyndale Real Estate LLC has planned seven residential units and seven open-air parking spaces. Other building features include a rooftop penthouse enclosure and deck, an open metal staircase, terraces on the first and second floors on the south side, and terraces along all three floors on the east side. The project is set to replace two frame single-family residences and a surrounding vacant area.
Future residents will find an array of nearby transit options, including bus stops for Routes 56 and 94 at Milwaukee & California within a two-minute walk northeast.
