While the issued permit does not explicitly list an architect of record, George Gazis will serve as structural engineer. No drawings or renderings have yet been revealed, and it is unknown if the new design will be frame or masonry.

Residents will find north and southbound stops for Route 91 less than a two-minute walk southwest to the intersections of Austin & Superior and Austin & Huron. The major thoroughfare of Route 66 is also in the vicinity, with bus service located a three-minute walk north to the Chicago & Austin Terminal. Stops for Route 85 can be found via a 10-minute walk east to Central & Huron, while stops for Route 86 are a 13-minute walk west to Ridgeland & Superior. Meanwhile, those looking to board trains for the CTA L will find the Green Line within an 11-minute walk south, with additional bus access for Routes 309, 313, and 315.

Outdoor space consists of Hazelnut Park via a four-minute walk south of the property. The larger Stevenson Park and skatepark is also nearby, available within a 13-minute walk southwest.

A-Z Plus Remodeling, which appears to be the same party as A-Z Builders Inc, is the general contractor behind the $350,000 construction. Currently, a timetable for the residence is not yet known.
