Permits have been issued for a three-story residential building at 2631 N Wilton Avenue in Lincoln Park‘s Wrightwood Neighbors neighborhood. Planned by BCDP Wilton Property LLC, the development will include three total apartment units, along with a three-car garage. The project is set to replace a three-story frame residence that lies on a narrow lot zoned for RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse, and Multi-Unit District.

Michael S. Cox is listed as the architect of record. While no drawings or renderings have yet been revealed, the permit filing has indicated that the design will be masonry.

Nearest bus transit includes east and westbound stops for Route 76, located a four-minute walk north to the CTA L’s Diversey station, which also contains Brown Line rail access. Meanwhile, north and southbound stops for Route 8 can be found a five-minute walk southeast to Halsted & Wrightwood.

Those wishing to board any of the Red, Brown, and Purple CTA L lines will also find Fullerton station a nine-minute walk south.

Future residents will also have outdoor access to Wiggly Field Dog Park via a three-minute walk northwest, as well as the 3.25-acre Jonquil Park via a four-minute walk southwest.

John Downes Construction Inc. is the general contractor behind the reportedly $720,000 project, whose full completion timeline has not been published.
