A construction permit has been approved for a new retail development at 2400 W 24th Street in Marshall Square. The one-story masonry structure will be a drive-thru Dunkin’ outlet, whose listed owner is Sanjeev Khatau.
A new one-story retail building is now cleared for construction at 7100 S Ashland Avenue in West Englewood, replacing a building that was destroyed by fire. The project, located at the corner of Ashland & 71st, is expected to cost $300,000 according to the recently issued permit. The occupying owner is filed under Abas Achmad, while the architect of record is Nick Scarlatis & Associates.
