The project, located at the corner of Ashland & 71st, is expected to cost $300,000 according to the recently issued permit. The occupying owner is filed under Abas Achmad, while the architect of record is Nick Scarlatis & Associates.

The property is directly adjacent to bus stops for Route 9 along the intersection of Ashland & 71st. No rail options are within reasonable walking distance, though I-94 is within a six-minute drive.
FHS Build General Contractors is responsible for building the new structure and an accompany trash enclosure. The anticipated completion date has not yet been disclosed.
