Conversion of Landmarked Marshall Field & Company Building Nears Completion in The Loop

Recent photos show work being wrapped up on the conversion of The Loop‘s Marshall Field & Company building at 24 E Washington Street. When complete it will house new office space in the top six levels of its 13 floors.

Exterior Work Wraps Up On Lamar Johnson Collaborative’s Fulton East in the West Loop

Exterior work is nearing completion on Fulton East, a 12-story mixed-use building at 215 N Peoria Street in the West Loop. Located on an interior lot between W Fulton Market and W Lake Street, the project is designed by architect Lamar Johnson Collaborative and developed by Parkside Realty, Inc and Clayco.
