Exterior work is nearing completion on Fulton East, a 12-story mixed-use building at 215 N Peoria Street in the West Loop. Located on an interior lot between W Fulton Market and W Lake Street, the project is designed by architect Lamar Johnson Collaborative and developed by Parkside Realty, Inc and Clayco.
Recent photos show the completed look of the façade, with dark metal framing the curtain wall and an accordian-style wooden accent covering the parking levels. With no hoist or tower crane on site, it looks like things are finally nearing the finish line. Photos show that the only exterior work that remains appears to be the ground-floor façade including signage for the upcoming retail tenant.
Fulton East is a mixed-use building with offices on floors five through 12, parking on floors two through four, retail on the ground floor, and a rooftop space for tenants. The building will yield a total of 100,000 square feet, with 5,000 square feet allocated for the ground-floor retail space. Office floor plates are listed as virtually column-free and will be 10,000 square feet each. Amenities include 27’ x 9’ balconies on each office floor, a private, landscaped rooftop park, and reserved, indoor parking spots.
There are many options for public transportation nearby, with the closest being the Morgan CTA L station, serviced by the Pink and Green Lines, only a two-minute walk away. The next closest is the #8 CTA bus, 0.2 miles away. Additionally, the Grand CTA L station, serviced by the Blue Line, is only 0.4 miles away.
Fulton East is available for leasing now. The final completion date has not yet been announced, but will most likely be subject to office build outs for tenants.
