A construction permit has been issued for a new residential development at 6537 S Langley Avenue in the West Woodlawn neighborhood. The three-story multifamily building will provide a total of two apartment units, replacing what was previously a vacant lot.

The building will be a two-story, two-unit residence with a basement and rear two-vehicle garage, replacing an empty grass lot. The listed owner of the project is 65th and Langley LLC.
