New Child Care Facility Proposed At 2820 N Elston Avenue In Avondale

Updated plans have been revealed for a new child care facility at 2820 N Elston Avenue in Avondale. Located just north of W Diversey Avenue on the southern edge of the neighborhood, the new structure will replace a vacant lot and one-story masonry building. The project is being led by Children’s Land Learning Center with an unknown architect.

City Council Approves Mixed-Use Development at 2820 N Elston Avenue in Avondale

The Chicago City Council has approved the rezoning of 2820 N Elston Avenue in Avondale. The site is located at the intersection of W Diversey Avenue, N Elston Avenue, and N Western Avenue. The existing property is a one-story masonry building. The developer for this build is Reinventive Real Estate, and the proposal states that the future build will replace the current building.
