The permit entered the Chicago Data Portal on January 20, and it was issued on May 22, a duration of 122 days. it includes a reported cost of $350,000.

On the way are three units, including a duplex-down on the first floor and basement level, with three surface parking spaces at the back of the property. There will be a concrete stairway leading to the front entrance and rear steel porches. MPV Construction Corp of Glenview is named as the developer, and Ramon Contreras is listed as the architect of record. There is no general contractor mentioned in the permit. It is not known if these will be for-sale condos or rentals.
Real estate records show the sale of the property to MPV Construction in November 2023 for $350,ooo. They got a demolition permit to raze the 1901-built home and its detached garage in January. All Concrete Contractors handled demo work at a reported cost of $10,000.

3144 West Diversey is a two-block walk from the Logan Square Blue Line subway station. The station acts as a hub for several local bus lines, including Route 56, 76, and 93, the latter two of which make stops next to the new homes at the intersection of Diversey and Kedzie Avenues.
