Newell Development is listed as the owner behind the applications, reporting $1,021,800 as the cost for the overall development.
The proposed development will consist of three-story, three-unit residential home with a basement, rooftop deck, and a detached three-car garage with an additional rooftop deck. The structure includes a masonry facade, trellis, and a rooftop stair enclosure. Details regarding height or square footage have not been released.
Michael S. Cox is listed as the architect of record. Newell Homes Inc is listed as the general contractor on the project.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the parking lot on the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
