Brick Façade Now The Focus Of Topped-Out 519 West Fullerton At Fullerton Pointe

The first phase of Fullerton Pointe has topped out and is getting its brick on at 519 West Fullerton Parkway in Lincoln Park. Scaffolding and wrap shroud the front façade in mystery as masonry work is applied, but you can catch a glimpse of what it will look like on the building’s east wall. At the rear of the property, masonry work is ongoing to form the garage, which will contain eight parking stalls and will be topped by a roof deck.

Fullerton Pointe was the second development to begin construction on the former Cenacle Retreat & Conference Center property following its demolition in 2022. A single-family residence at 2338 North Cleveland Avenue was permitted first, in December 2023. Fullerton Pointe followed with 519’s November 2024 approval. A third project, constructing the first of two rows of eight townhomes, is now also underway on the site as well.

P3 Properties is the developer of Fullerton Pointe. They anticipate a spring 2026 opening for the homes, though it is unclear if that applies to both buildings or just to 519 West Fullerton, which certainly appears to be on track to meet that goal. The permit for 513 West Fullerton has not yet been issued, but it is pending in the Chicago Data Portal. Simple Home Builders designed the buildings, and they are the general contractor as well. Each structure is to rise to four stories and contain eight condo units, with basements below and attached garages in the back. Garages will be accessed by turning south onto Cambridge Avenue from Fullerton.
