The new project replaces a vacant parcel where three other permits have been issued since late 2022. 6539 South Langley received permission to construct a new building in November of 2022, 6545 was permitted in April of 2023, and 6537 South Langley got a permit in August of 2023. All are to be two-story, two-unit residences, with a two-car garage included for each.
