Three residential buildings in the 4300-block of North Richmond Street in Irving Park continue through varied stages of construction. Located at 4337, 4343, and 4347 North Richmond, all three are being developed and built by Vivi Development based on designs by Compass Architecture. These will all be three stories with a basement, containing six condominiums each. They are being developed on the site vacated when fire destroyed the Twisted Hippo Brewing building.
We showed you progress on 4337 North Richmond in June. 4343 had just gotten underway at the time, having received its building permit on May 17; it has now reached full height. 4347 North Richmond received its building permit on July 15, and foundation work is underway.
4337 will provide side-by-side garages with a total of six parking spaces. The other two buildings will each feature a five-car garage. Roof decks will top each residential building and all three garages.
Residents of these 18 condos will need walk not even a full block to get on the CTA’s 78 Montrose bus. A three-block walk to the north leads to the Francisco Brown Line platform.
