The new construction plans for the project include two units, a basement level, a rear wooden deck, a detached two-vehicle garage, and one additional outdoor parking space. The project will be replacing a vacant lot.
Stern Group Architects is listed as the architect of record for the project. There are no publicly available renderings or concept art at the time of this writing. It’s unclear if this will be a masonry build or a frame build.
The nearest bus access for Route 53 can be found via a six-minute walk west at the Pulaski & Augusta stop. The property is near various retail, dining, and bar options along N Pulaski Road.
GT Alternatives LLC will also serve as the general contractor for the roughly $250,000 project. No timeline has been given for the completion of this development.
