The owner of the permits is listed as J Development LLC, and the current plans indicate this project will yield a total of three dwelling units, a rooftop deck, and a detached four-car garage.
Victor Drapszo is listed as the architect of record. No drawings or renderings have yet been disclosed, though the filing description indicates a masonry exterior.

Next Level Construction Inc will act as the general contractor for the $600,000 construction. A full timeline and an anticipated completion date have not yet been revealed.

I’m thinking this is actually 2820 N Rockwell since that building was acquired last year and the existing structure was recently demolished.
