Demolition permits were issued this week for a two-story residential building located at 1543 N Artesian Avenue in the West Town neighborhood.
The permit owner is listed as Sustainabuild LLC and there are currently no plans to indicate the scope of any future developments on this lot. All Concrete Chicago Inc will be acting as the demolition contractor on this project.
The lot is very well situated with CTA L access nearby for the Blue Line at Damen station via a 13-minute walk west. Bus service for Routes 49 and 49X can be found at the Western & North stop via a four-minute walk west. There are many dining and retail options available along the N Western Avenue corridor which are readily accessed by foot.
