A demolition permit was filed this week for a three-story frame residence along with a detached frame garage located at 4222 N Greenview Avenue in the Lake View neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as Trianna LLC and NCB 4222 Greenview LLC.
The closest bus options can be found at the Clark & Cullom stop via a three-minute walk east. Bus service available at this stop includes Route 22. The CTA L Brown Line can be found at the Irving Park station via a 15-minute walk southwest. There is a very active restaurant and retail scene nearby along N Ashland Avenue.
Taylor Excavating and Construction LLC is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of this writing, no plans have been submitted for any future projects.
