Under the new permit filed by Zachary Spreitzer, the third and fourth stories will be combined into a single duplex unit, with a new dormer addition and rear roof deck. Neither the first two floors or the rear coach house will be altered.

Natalja Dobos is the architect of record. No drawings or renderings of the updates have been made available.

For nearby bus transit, residents can find Route 73 to the north, Routes 9 and X9 to the southeast, Route 72 to the south, and Routes 50 and 56 to the west. Residents wishing to board the CTA L Blue Line have access to Damen station via a 12-minute walk southwest, and those looking to board the Metra will find Clybourn station via a 12-minute walk northeast.

The property is central to various outdoor spaces, such as Churchill Park to the northwest and Walsh Park to the northeast. Both of these parks also serve as entry points to the elevated 606 trail that traverses Wicker Park.

ENC Construction & Development is serving as general contractor for the $150,000 project, whose anticipated completion date is not currently known.
