James Nahon is the owner for this project, whose filing description includes plans for three total units and a detached garage. The development is set to replace a formerly vacant grass parcel.
Door Thirteen Architects‘ Gary Wands is the listed architect of record, whose design has not yet been published. It is also unclear if the structure will be frame or masonry.
Future residents will have access to bus transit for Routes 29 and 43, available via a two-minute walk southwest to the intersection of 43rd Street & State. Meanwhile, those looking to board the CTA L Green Line can find 43rd station via a seven-minute walk east.
