The Lake View neighborhood is getting closer to adding 52 more residential units, as progress continues at 3605 North Ravenswood Avenue. General contractor and co-developer Macon Construction has reached the fourth level of what will essentially be a five-story building. A partial sixth floor will hold an amenity suite.

Stocking Urban is the second half of the development duo, with Hirsch MPG doing the design work. Located on the northeast corner of Addison Street and Ravenswood Avenue, the project broke ground last year with an estimated $22 million price tag. The bulk of the residential units will occupy levels two through five, with the first floor including a pair of live/work units, the lobby, bike storage, and about 5,500 square feet of retail space split between two units. There will be 12 surface parking spots behind the building, accessed from the T-intersection alley that connects Ravenswood and Hermitage Avenues to Waveland Avenue,

3605 North Ravenswood lies alongside the UP-N Metra tracks, though no direct access to those trains is available here. However, the Addison Brown Line elevated train platform is just one block west, and the CTA’s Route 152 Addison bus stops both eastbound and westbound in front of the building. North-south service is available three blocks east via Route 9 and X9 at Ashland Avenue. There is a Divvy bike rack less than one block south in front of Klein Park on Lincoln Avenue.

Looks a lot better than the renderings, probably because they chose to use brick instead of whatever paneling they use for 5 over 1s elsewhere.
Man those white segments look absolutely awful lol. Hopefully they get cleaned up before completion because they seriously drag down the building.
